You can upload your lab insurance information by visiting your patient portal at app.getlabs.com/settings/appointments.
- Sign in using your mobile phone number or click “Sign in with email” to use your email address instead.
- Enter the verification code sent to you via text or email.
- In Patient Profiles, select the patient that has an upcoming appointment
You’ll be prompted to upload a photo of the front and back of your insurance card. Please add both images to the patient’s profile.
