Getlabs strives to arrive on time within your scheduled appointment window. Your phlebotomist will notify you when they are en route and send a text upon arrival.
For their safety while driving, we avoid calling them so they can focus on reaching you on time. However, external factors such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
If your phlebotomist is running late, they will contact you at least 15 minutes before the end of your appointment window.
