We will do our best to obtain your lab order from your provider. If we are unable to obtain it at least 24 hours before your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will receive an email notification with the new date and time.
If you already have your lab order, we recommend following one of the instructions below to help avoid a reschedule.
You may:
- Upload at time of booking your appointment
- Upload after booking by visiting your appointment page at app.getlabs.com/settings/appointments
- Fax it to us at 602-865-8338
- Email to us at hello@getlabs.com
- Provide your doctor office information at time of booking and we will attempt to obtain your lab order on your behalf
