If you’ve contacted your provider and they’ve confirmed they haven’t received your results, and your Getlabs appointment was more than five business days ago, we will initiate an investigation with the lab.
To start an investigation, submit a request through our AI chatbot or contact us at support.getlabs.com.
Our investigation process includes reviewing photos, verifying drop-off locations, checking lab sign-in sheets, and contacting the lab directly. Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for completion. Once the investigation is complete, we will email you with an update and, if applicable, discuss the next steps.
