You can reschedule your appointment by visiting the Appointments page in your patient portal at app.getlabs.com/settings/appointments

Sign in using your mobile phone number, or select Sign in with email to enter your email address.

Enter the verification code sent via text or email.

Select the appointment you’d like to reschedule.

Scroll to the bottom and click Reschedule Visit to choose a new date and time.
