You can cancel your appointment by visiting the Appointments page in your patient portal at app.getlabs.com/settings/appointments. For additional assistance, visit support.getlabs.com.
- Sign in using your mobile phone number or click “Sign in with email” to use your email address instead.
- Enter the verification code sent to you via text or email.
- Select the appointment you want to cancel.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Booking to cancel the appointment.
Appointments can be canceled for a full refund if done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. We recommend that you reschedule your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
